    • Steve Wiggins
      John C.H. was a 49er, and died in Mad Mule Cyn., Shasta Co., Ca. of Typhoid fever in Apr. 1852. Trying to find him got me to Sacramento, where he mined a coupla placer mines on the American River and left an obit in the Sac Union.

      One more child, who died in the Civil War in Morgan's Raid on Ohio.
